Meanwhile, the Deputy Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) Dr. Le Quan emphasized the role of enterprises in vocational education and training. Enterprises are not only employers, but also training places. In fact, training institutions are required to teach what businesses do and need. Therefore, there should be a close connection between training institutions and businesses.

To find solutions for problems related to the relationship between businesses and vocational education institutions, the workshop will invite delegates from business associations, Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry ... to listen to businesses’ needs and then to know how to train to meet the requirements of human resources.

In addition, the experts participating in the workshop will also share an overview of vocational education and training in the world and contribute to develop a suitable training strategy to meet human resource requirements with the orientation of training meeting the needs of the international labor market./.
